Psalm 73:26 –
My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

God, it is so hard. My flesh and my heart are failing. What does it mean that you are the strength of my heart? That you are my portion forever? Life hurts. I need you to save me now.

Lord, give me strength. Day by day. Give me what I need today, that I will make it until tomorrow. Let me be present to all that is around me, and not depressed about yesterday, or anxious about tomorrow. Hold me. Be with me now.
