I continually hear people say to live in the moment.  God put us in the present moment and we should live in this moment.  We shouldn’t worry about the future.  We shouldn’t relive the past.  But what if we feel frozen in time.  It is such a struggle.  I am not worried about the future.  I am not living in the past.  I am frozen in a moment in time that rocked my world and I don’t really know how to move forward from it.  I understand the concept of living for today.  There are days that are brighter and I try to live that out- but it is like moving in pit of mud that just sucks me back down. I am trying- I pray daily the Lord will help me move forward.
